Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Deployment on the Resource Management Organization team, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing processes related to demand forecasting, campus deployments, bench management, and demand-supply gap management
- Owning governance and review of resource management parameters and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive data research, analysis, and reconciliation
- Building a network with FSS leaders and managers and conducting regular practitioner connects to understand business dynamics
- Managing schedule conflicts and rollover planning while aligning deployment decisions to business needs
- Partnering with FSS leadership, practitioners, CTS, and Talent business leaders, while advising the business on visa processes and practitioner deployment matters

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RMO processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. RMO team culture is open and encourages collaboration, and supports team members to innovate and take initiatives which help them take ownership of their careers and also build their own eminence. From structure standpoint, the Resource Management Organization (RMO) is divided into 2 clear streams:
o Staffing support to US India Offices - RM Team
o Processes and Information System support for US & US India offices - RMIS Team
Location: All USI locations - HYD/BLR/MUM/GGN

Qualifications
Required:
- Postgraduate degree in any stream
- 6-8 years of total experience
- 4+ years of experience in resource management capacity
Preferred:
- MBA in HR
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
