Associate Analyst / Analyst – UX & Dev (Web/Digital Platforms) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join the team providing dedicated content management support to the UK Digital team, delivering quality, timely page builds and updates to the corporate website and associated external and internal digital platforms. We are seeking professionals with strong technical knowledge of content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)) and HTML, with an interest in user experience (UX), analytics, and content operations.
Work you’ll do
As a member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for:
- Provide daily support for content postings and page updates on the web platform (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)).
- Manage and oversee the deployment, maintenance, and development cycle of our websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for user engagement and SEO.
- Implement and modify website layouts/interfaces and enhance visual design using HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
- Following established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content
- Develop a strong understanding of online brand guidelines and apply them consistently.
- Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to ensure the online presence is accurate, engaging, and user-friendly.
- Building industry and services knowledge of Deloitte
- Provide a consultative approach to improve the user experience (UX) and user journey across digital platforms.
- Respond to ad-hoc stakeholder queries on web platform performance with timely and accurate information.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics and generate reports to inform website strategies.
- Analyze data trends to recommend improvements that enhance engagement and site performance.
- Work with technology teams to test new functionalities, report issues, manage web inquiries, and support the publishing pipeline and volumes.
- Work with our global online team to ensure alignment with global campaigns and initiatives.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The team
The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like digital, research, financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduates or PG's with marketing specialisation is preferable
- 0-3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis and reporting
- Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred)
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines; attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work collaboratively across cultures and in a virtual environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); basic Excel is an advantage.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude/presence, and ability to engage effectively across levels.
