K2 developer (Senior Analyst) – USI Supporting Belgium DSI ITS - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (USI BSO NSE ITS)

The USI BSO NSE ITS team develops Custom products, applications and services for Deloitte professionals globally. As a team we are here to delight customers by embracing design thinking, agility, innovation, and a customer first focus.

Work you’ll do

The Process Automation Developer will be responsible to design, develop, test, debug and deliver solutions, which add value to the business.

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will communicate, align with the business and report to the Team Lead and the Project Manager.

Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Translate the business needs into technical solutions using the best technology
  • Develop and test new applications
  • Apply system software engineering policies, standards and procedures
  • Give support to the developed solutions.  Nice to have experience with incident management system (for e.g.: ServiceNow)
  • Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency
  • Create and update documentation concerning the solutions/processes
  • Lead the development cycle from build to release & hyper care
  • Guide, coach, mentor junior colleagues to assign tasks, review the progress and communicate roadblocks if any

Operational

        SME for Process automation tool

        Provide 1ST line support for all process automation issues (application issues)

        Engage with 3rd party technical support vendors and maintain relationships

        Manage and monitor performance of applications which are live and propose optimizations

        Contribute to the creation of technical working documents and procedures

        Share knowledge of new functionalities/features with team colleagues/peers

        Regularly and efficiently handle the requests and incidents which enter out ticketing system

        Familiar with Change management process

  • Able to work as part of a geographically separated team

        Provide out of hours support (if required, on a need basis)

Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

·       Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology

·       4-6 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.

Skills and Qualifications

       Experience in end-to-end automation solution implementation

       Eager to learn new technologies.

       You have strong Analytical skills

       You are structured and organized with a logical way of thinking

       You have knowledge in Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL or interested in learning

       Knowledge in HTML, CSS are an asset

       Ability to analyze and understand business problems

       Ability to organize and plan work independently

       Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

       Assess automation opportunities from technical perspective and provide solution.
