Advisory Executive Programs (AEP) oversees a mature portfolio of offerings that support a select group of Executive buyers throughout the journey of their career and position Deloitte as the preeminent provider of premiere services. Work you’ll do
As an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, you would be responsible for providing support to the CLO. You will work as an individual contributor and a team player. You will interact with a diverse group of colleagues supporting the Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all Deloitte industries and services. You would support the planning, execution, and operational support activities of the CLO program. This role requires someone who is comfortable developing templates and playbooks for new initiatives and conducting routine administrative tasks that enable the CLO program to achieve its broader goals. Someone who is detail-oriented would likely thrive in this role.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Accurately assess requirements for each project/work request. Always communicate effectively with requestors and service providers, addressing questions or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Produce superior work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as well as expectations for quality and accuracy. Effectively re-negotiate deadlines when necessary.
  • Provide Outlook email support for the project team, including management of distribution lists and program mailboxes.
  • Provide Outlook calendar support for the project team, including creating, updating, and rescheduling meeting invitations. 
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Deloitte’s matrixed organization and brand standards in order to offer superior service and accurate guidance to customers.
  • Compose and edit letters, emails and other correspondence. Collaborate with appropriate business support services teams as appropriate to format, edit, proofread and coordinate printing of documents such as presentations, proposals and other client deliverables according to Deloitte brand standards.
  • Conduct research as requested.
  • Support the creation of surveys and newsletters.
  • Submit CLO program invoices for program credits and debits through Swift application; update and maintain financial tracker of these activities
  • Become a core member of the CLO Program team, taking on responsibilities that span the overall program as well as each individual offering. The following responsibilities are representative but not exhaustive. You may be asked to perform additional duties as required.

Overall CLO Program sample activities:

  • Manage all CLO program mailboxes
  • Respond to inquiries or forward requests to the correct point of contact in a timely manner
  • Maintain Salesforce
  • Maintain up-to-date entries in Salesforce to reflect accurate records across all offerings
  • Run reports for periodic updates and ad hoc requests
  • Create dashboards for reporting
  • Maintain CLO program SharePoint and Teams sites
  • Organize up-to-date templates and files for team use
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining and helping execute all CLOP reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with offerings in capturing value/impact inputs (testimonials, quotes, quals)

Next Generation CLO Academy sample activities:

  • Manage enrollment for the Academy; maintain responsibility for the quality of the Academy database
  • Ensure quality of all other tracking mechanisms (registration, completion of pre-work); identify potential issues and resolve them with partners and clients as appropriate
  • Manage the Academy mailbox and calendar (scheduling meetings)
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level materials, including agendas, reports, and PowerPoint presentations, for use internally and externally
  • Create participant slides for each participant
  • Navigate the broader firm and collaborate across functions and teams delivering the "As One" client-centric approach

CLO, CCO and Legal Operations Lab sample activities:

  • Develop confidential C-suite pre - and post-lab deliverables utilizing digital inputs, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and various internal and external search tools and databases.
  • Review and edit automated outputs of deliverables with minimal guidance.
  • Provide operational support like notetaking for stakeholder calls, setting up MS Teams folders for new labs, and transferring correct templates to each new folder
  • Perform secondary research to prepare research packages, executive/company profiles
  • Identify and track content across Deloitte internal resources (DeloitteNet, Deloitte resources, DPN, etc.)
  • Review digital images of physical & virtual Lab panels to be incorporated into high quality final deliverables
  • Work on ad hoc research and data analysis
  • Able to support testing of automation products while collaborating with Technology team
  • Be responsible for self and peer-level level quality review deliverables.
  • Provide operational support utilizing Deloitte Survey Tool, Salesforce, CLO Program trackers, SharePoint, and other firm resources.
  • Leverage and update Salesforce records at critical points during the Lab preparation process.
  • Review client-facing deliverables to capture data points in Salesforce for reporting & analysis.
  • Manage files upload of our repository tasks associated with SharePoint.
  • Complete Greenhouse Lab registrations and Lab pipeline requests on Salesforce.
  • Manage the CLO labs mailbox

CLO Forum sample activities:

  • Track topics, issues and membership lists
  • Manage the forums mailbox and calendar (scheduling internal discussions and forum meetings)
  • Assist in the preparation of materials including reports, Power Point presentations, etc., both internally and externally
  • Coordinate meeting logistics with the venue and the forum leads
  • Contribute to the development of KPIs; understand, track, and prepare communications around KPIs
  • Develop invites and send save the dates and invites to the forum members
  • Coordinate catering when needed across the forums
  • Track follow up activities; identify and resolve action items and decisions

CLO Learning Center (CLC) sample activities:

  • Update Salesforce with CLC program information.
  • Maintain MS Teams folder.
  • Request conference rooms for trainings and any catering requests.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes for respective teams daily to manage upcoming and ongoing activities.
  • Assist with developing and updating marketing materials.
  • Complete quality control checklist for new courses prior to submitting to QRM.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a high stress environment.
  • Superior organizational skills and proactive in anticipating business needs; able to identify and contribute to developing efficient process and workflow methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. Attentive listener. Able to use tact and diplomacy in both verbal and written communications.
  • Superior technical skills, including the ability to learn and master a variety of business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to conduct independent research using various internet resources to gather relevant information, analyze data, and support decision-making.
  • Fully complies with all applicable policies of the Deloitte U.S. Firms; always maintain confidentiality, as we deal with highly confidential client information for all our clients

Qualifications

Required:

·       1 to 4+ years of experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Experience working independently on multiple simultaneous assignments or engagements.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and innovative.
  • Comfortable creating strong relationships virtually and working with a team based entirely in the US.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Schedule with at least four hours of overlap with US-based team [workday ends 12:00 pm (EST)].
  • Required Technical Skills include:
  • Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on strong PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams skills
  • Video-conferencing platforms
  • Salesforce
  • Curiosity and drive to learn and leverage new technologies and tools

Preferred:

·       Deloitte experience

·       Experience in a professional services firm or a strong understanding of legal or CLO related services

·       Experience working or supporting PPMDs
