Finance Services have a new opportunity for a Senior Assistant in the Master Data Management team. This role will work alongside team members in support and development of HR and Finance related SAP IT systems. Support will be provided to our colleagues and Partners to ensure timely maintenance of Master Data and the smooth running of related processes.
This role will be part of the Finance Services team in our Enabling Functions.
Your Profile
Approval Workflow Management
· Maintain and update critical workflow configurations, including cost centre chiefs, reports-to structures, account assignors, and approval limits.
· Extract and format workflow data for review by Finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Investigate and resolve workflow-related issues promptly, minimising disruption to operations.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for general workflow queries, providing clear and concise guidance.
· Administer SAP, Swift, and Ariba approval proxies and delegates, ensuring appropriate access and delegation.
· Provide comprehensive explanations for processing rules, supporting user understanding and adherence.
· Maintain the workflow 'Override' table, ensuring proper documentation and control.
· Prepare and execute monthly SAP approval hierarchy uploads to Concur, maintaining system synchronisation.
SAP HR User Maintenance
· Configure new users within SAP HR, ensuring accurate and timely setup.
· Resolve data integrity issues within SAP HR, maintaining data quality.
· Administer SAP HR access requests, adhering to security protocols.
· Support HR organisational structure management within the system.
· Resolve SAP HR/Swift data mis-alignment issues, ensuring system consistency.
· Provide periodic user access reports for review by HR, supporting audit and compliance requirements.
· Remove/delimit leaver access promptly, safeguarding data security.
Swift User Role Management
· Process and approve Engagement Manager role requests within Swift.
· Process and approve Time ‘Multikeyer’ role requests within Swift.
Continuous Service Improvement
· Proactively identify and propose process improvements, supporting the team with analysis to enhance the customer experience.
· Collaborate with dedicated query resolution teams to improve communication strategies and support for internal customers.
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user guides.
Technology skills
- Programming: Strong skills in Python.
- Frameworks: LlamaIndex and/or Langchain experience
- AI Observability & Evaluation: Arize Phoenix, Langsmith, …
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, though not exclusively.
- APIs: Skills in RESTful API integration.
- Version Control: Proficiency in Git.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.
- Container Concepts: Basic understanding of Docker and container concepts for collaborative discussions with DevOps (nice-to-have).
- Security and Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
