The DSOC Lead is accountable for end-to-end leadership, governance, and performance of the Deloitte Security Operations Center (DSOC), ensuring 24x7 monitoring, timely incident response, and intelligence-led operations to protect employees, assets, facilities, and business operations globally. This role serves as the central command authority during incidents, coordinating across physical security, cybersecurity, business continuity, crisis management, and external partners to drive effective outcomes.

- Lead day-to-day DSOC operations to support continuous monitoring, escalation, and response activities
- Act as incident lead during security events and coordinate response across security, technology, business continuity, crisis management, and site teams
- Oversee monitoring workflows, threat intelligence inputs, escalation criteria, and response playbooks for key security scenarios
- Drive governance activities including standard operating procedures, quality checks, after-action reviews, and continuous improvement actions
- Track service metrics, analyze incident trends, and prepare reporting for leadership and stakeholder review
The team
The Office of Security team supports the protection of Deloitte people, workplaces, operations, and assets across US India offices. This team partners across physical security, security technology operations, resilience, crisis coordination, and business stakeholders to strengthen preparedness, response, and operational continuity.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading a security operations center, global security operations center, or comparable 24x7 security operations environment
- Experience managing incident response, escalation frameworks, and crisis coordination activities
- Experience developing standard operating procedures, playbooks, training routines, or governance processes
- Experience using incident management, alerting, emergency communications, access control, video monitoring, or threat intelligence tools
- Experience preparing metrics, trend analysis, or executive reporting for operational or risk reviews
Preferred:
- Experience in physical security and security technology operations
- Experience supporting business continuity or crisis management programs
- Experience conducting risk assessment, threat analysis, or incident reporting
- Experience coordinating with vendors, landlords, emergency services, or law enforcement
- Certification such as Certified Protection Professional or Physical Security Professional
