Level: Manager
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you’ll work as Cyber Solution Architect within the Operate Solution Hub, you will be responsible for coordinating the design of large and complex managed cybersecurity deals. These deals require solutioning for multi-domain within Cyber such as Infrastructure Security, IAM, GRC, Data Security, Vulnerability Management. The Solution Hub is designed to drive an optimum process for solutioning and pricing cross-cyber-domain managed security deals, reducing friction for cross-Offering Portfolio pursuits and optimizing review. By providing services such as inputs for deal qualifications, cyber benchmarks/effort estimation, and solution/pricing review, the Cyber Operate Solution Hub will be a focused space to increase win rates and profitability.
Work you'll do
As a Manager on the Cyber Operate Solution Hub team, you will be responsible for solution design and architecture activities:
- Lead development of cyber solution storyboards, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and review pricing model inputs/deal shapes for managed security engagements spanning across multiple Cyber domains.
- Contributes to the creation of differentiated cyber deal structures and commercial models, owning end to end pricing and commercial models embedding multi-cyber-domain synergies during solutioning.
· Strong command of cyber managed service commercial constructs, including ability to design, evaluate, and negotiate pricing models, service tier structures, and outcome-based SLAs across cyber domains.
- Develop estimation frameworks and pricing model frameworks calibrated to cyber service delivery.
- Work closely with Cyber SMEs to develop business-aligned metrics such as BLAs and XLAs anchored to cyber risk and compliance outcomes.
- Help leadership articulate integrated cyber solutions to clients by participating in and helping to lead solution presentations that address the client’s threat landscape, regulatory obligations, and security maturity gaps.
- Assist in the creation of value propositions for client requirements, communicating how combined Infrastructure Security, IAM, SOC, GRC, and Vulnerability Management managed services deliver measurable risk reduction and compliance outcomes.
- Support the solution team during client discussions, orals, and due diligence.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders of the pursuit, including Cyber Offering leads across Infrastructure Security, IAM, SOC, GRC, and Vulnerability Management towers.
- Collaborate with Transition and delivery teams on delivery feedback loop, ensuring pricing strategies account for onboarding complexity, cyber tool integration timelines, and steady-state managed security operations.
The team
Cyber Operate Practice is focused on helping our clients identify and manage the cyber risks arising from their association with third parties or service providers. We help our clients to define their overall third-party cyber risk strategy, design and implement enterprise-wide programs and technology that focus on identifying and reducing risks; help them evaluate their objectives, priorities, strengths and weaknesses and roll out large scale organizational changes to achieve goals.

Qualifications
Required:
- 9-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 6+ years in cybersecurity presales.
- Experience solutioning enterprise cybersecurity solutions across the domains
- Strong analytical and consulting skills, including experience in business case development and analyzing data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of cyber managed service solution tenets, estimation approaches, and solution integration across security domains
- Top-notch written and oral communication/presentation skills with the ability to put together cohesive decks
- Advanced Excel skills
- Work within a matrixed team during deal pursuits and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
