Level: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you’ll work as Cyber Solution Specialist within the Operate Solution Hub, you will be responsible for coordinating the design of large and complex managed cybersecurity deals during the pursuits. The Solution Hub is designed to drive an optimum process for solutioning and pricing cross-cyber-domain managed security deals, reducing friction for cross-Offering Portfolio pursuits and optimizing review. By providing services such as inputs for deal qualifications, cyber benchmarks/effort estimation, and solution/pricing review, the Cyber Operate Solution Hub will be a focused space to increase win rates and profitability.
Work you'll do
As a Solution Specialist on the Cyber Solution Hub team, you will be responsible for solution design and architecture activities.
- Support cyber solution analysis, business case development, and reviewing pricing model inputs across cyber domains including Infrastructure Security, IAM, SOC Services, GRC, and Vulnerability Management.
- Assist Solution & Capability Architects in creating and refining deal shapes for managed cyber security offerings with a focus on pricing strategies, service tier structures, and cost optimization.
- Bring in multi-cyber-domain synergies in dealing with a particular focus on estimation and pricing integration.
- When needed, help provide feedback on key contracting terms, Security SLAs, and cyber-specific.
- Contribute to the development of estimation frameworks and pricing model frameworks tailored to cyber managed services.
- Help leadership articulate integrated cyber solutions to clients by participating in development of presentations that address the client’s threat landscape, regulatory obligations, and security maturity goals.
- Embed multi-cyber-domain synergies and create value propositions for client requirements, emphasizing how combined services deliver measurable risk reduction and pricing efficiency.
- Support the solution team during client discussions, orals, and due diligence
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders of the pursuit for solution design and estimations.
- Participate in pricing review meetings with internal stakeholders, ensuring cyber-specific cost drivers.
The team
Cyber Operate Practice is focused on helping our clients identify and manage the cyber risks arising from their association with third parties or service providers. We help our clients to define their overall third-party cyber risk strategy, design and implement enterprise-wide programs and technology that focus on identifying and reducing risks; help them evaluate their objectives, priorities, strengths and weaknesses and roll out large scale organizational changes to achieve goals.

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in information security or technology engineering support
- Experience solutioning enterprise cybersecurity solutions across the domains
- Strong analytical and consulting skills, including experience in business case development and analyzing data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of cyber managed service solution tenets, estimation approaches, and solution integration across security domains
- Top-notch written and oral communication/presentation skills with the ability to put together cohesive decks
- Advanced Excel skills
- Work within a matrixed team during deal pursuits and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
