Product Analyst
We are seeking an SAP PTP professional with 2-4 years of experience to support and optimize Procure-to-Pay and accounts payable processes. The role involves working on SAP-based procurement, invoice processing, vendor management, issue resolution, testing, and business support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP PTP processes and be comfortable working with business users and cross-functional teams.
Work you'll do
As a Product Analyst on the SAP enterprise applications team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting SAP Procure-to-Pay processes, including issue analysis, functional troubleshooting, and production support
- Working across purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and vendor master data processes
- Gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications to support enhancements and process changes
- Coordinating with Finance, Supply Chain, and technical teams to resolve issues, support testing, and track defects
- Preparing process documentation, user guides, and training materials while identifying process improvement opportunities
The team
You will be part of a team that supports SAP Procure-to-Pay capabilities and helps maintain efficient procurement and accounts payable operations. The team works with business, finance, supply chain, and technology stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and deliver process enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to SAP-enabled business support in a collaborative environment.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay support or implementation
- Experience supporting purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and vendor master data processes
- Experience gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing activities
- Experience supporting SAP configuration and functional issue resolution in Procure-to-Pay
- Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams in production support environments
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with integration across Finance and accounts payable processes
- Experience with release strategy, pricing procedure, account determination, and output management
- Experience supporting process improvement or automation initiatives
