- Leading engineering teams in the design, build, testing, deployment, and support of technology solutions
- Managing project delivery plans, team priorities, and execution timelines across multiple workstreams
- Partnering with product, architecture, cyber, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Establishing engineering standards, delivery controls, and quality practices across the development lifecycle
- Coaching engineers and technical leads to improve delivery consistency, issue resolution, and team performance
The Team
Cyber Strategy & Transformation teams develop and transform cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. They keep the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and give stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Services include the design of cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. Services also encompass Cybersecurity Assessments and Frameworks, Cyber Transformation Management, Technology Software and Asset Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Risk and Compliance, Solution Design and Implementation, and Cyber Risk Analytics and Quantification Reporting.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or cyber technology delivery
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technical leads, or delivery workstreams
- Experience managing application development, system integration, or platform implementation programs
- Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
- Experience working with cloud platforms, application architecture, and secure development practices
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
- Experience supporting cyber transformation, risk, compliance, or security technology programs
- Experience with DevSecOps, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices
- Experience with engineering governance, metrics reporting, and delivery quality controls
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders across product, architecture, operations, and risk teams
- Industry certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, Agile, or program delivery
