Position Summary

Level: Consultant

Work you’ll do:

·       Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM solutions across modules such as Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Privacy Management, working within approved technical designs and solution blueprints.

·       Translate assigned user stories and business requirements into functional platform configurations, custom scripts, workflows, and automation, ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

·       Analyze client data and help identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and reporting needs.

·       Configure core platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Flow Designer, and Playbooks as directed by solution designs.

·       Build and test scoped applications and platform customizations, following ServiceNow best practices for secure coding, modular development, and exception handling.

·       Perform unit testing, defect triaging, and bug fixes to ensure delivered solutions are stable, performant, and aligned with functional requirements.

·       Execute solution migrations across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) using Update Sets and follow established deployment procedures and change management protocols.

·       Create and maintain technical documentation including configuration details, development notes, and environment-specific deployment guides.

·       Participate in code reviews and adhere to the team’s coding standards, naming conventions, and development guidelines to maintain consistency across project deliverables

·       Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, new IRM/TPRM module features, and evolving platform capabilities to continuously improve development quality.

The Team:

Cyber Strategy & Transformation teams develop and transform cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. They keep the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and give stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Services include the design of cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments. Services also encompass Cybersecurity Assessments and Frameworks, Cyber Transformation Management, Technology Software and Asset Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cyber Risk and Compliance, Solution Design and Implementation, and Cyber Risk Analytics and Quantification Reporting.

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

·       3–4 years of overall and relevant ServiceNow experience in developing and configuring applications such as IRM (Integrated Risk Management), TPRM, or BCM.

·       Solid ability to convert business requirements and user stories into working platform configurations, scripts, and workflows with attention to quality and maintainability.

·       Hands-on experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow, including workflow design, scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes), APIs, and web services

·       Hands-on experience configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and migrating solutions across environments using Update Sets.

·       Foundational understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities within IRM/TPRM, including Now Assist, summarization, intelligent recommendations, and workflow automation.

·       Ability to support AI-assisted review of third-party evidence, including large unstructured documents such as SOC reports and control artifacts.

·       Ability to validate AI outputs for consistency, risk relevance, and remediation quality before stakeholder use.

·       Familiarity with Workspace and UI Builder for building modern user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.

·       Proficient in ServiceNow platform management activities such as deployments and basic troubleshooting.

·       Ability to collaborate effectively with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

·       Strong attention to detail with the ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

·       Ability to manage personal workloads, follow task prioritization set by project leads, and consistently meet delivery timelines.

·       Good documentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within distributed teams.

·       Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

·       Certified Application Developer (CAD)

·       Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance

·       Certified Implementation Specialist – Third-Party Risk Management

·       Familiarity with GRC technologies similar to ServiceNow such as Archer IRM, MetricStream.

·       Exposure to Performance Analytics and Application Portfolio Management.

Education:

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field
