Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting identity and access management delivery through One Identity Manager development, integration, and access governance activities.
- Architect, develop, and maintain custom workflows and connectors within One Identity Manager to support secure identity lifecycle management.
- Design and implement Angular-based interfaces for IAM self-service and administration and integrate IAM solutions with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Manage user lifecycle activities, including access requests, approvals, provisioning, recertification, business role assignments, and Segregation of Duties controls.
- Lead onboarding and access administration for applications, security groups, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, file shares, local non-personal accounts, database assets, and Azure resources.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and collaborate with security architects, IT operations, and business stakeholders to support IAM strategy, compliance, and operational improvements.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage required; on-call support based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience developing and maintaining workflows, connectors, and configurations in One Identity Manager
- Experience building Angular-based interfaces for identity and access management use cases
- Experience integrating identity and access management solutions with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, human resources systems, and databases using REST APIs or custom connectors
- Experience administering identity lifecycle processes, including access requests, approvals, provisioning, recertification, and business role assignments
- Experience managing access for applications, security groups, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, file shares, local non-personal accounts, and database assets
- Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure access governance, including Privileged Identity Management, role-based access control, service principals, and app registrations
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Preferred:
- Experience implementing business role governance and Segregation of Duties controls
- Experience troubleshooting complex identity and access management integration issues
- Experience with other identity and access management platforms used in managed services environments
- Experience supporting process improvement or internal training initiatives
