As a Consultant, you will support identity and access management delivery by developing, integrating, and administering One Identity Manager solutions that improve security, access governance, and user lifecycle management. You will work with cross-functional teams to support secure, scalable, and efficient IAM operations.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting identity lifecycle management, access governance, and IAM platform operations.
- Architect, develop, and maintain One Identity Manager workflows, connectors, and integrations to support secure identity lifecycle management.
- Design and implement IAM web interfaces and automation capabilities using Angular, REST APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Administer user lifecycle processes, including access requests, approvals, provisioning, recertification, business roles, and Segregation of Duties controls.
- Support onboarding and access management for applications, security groups, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, file shares, local non-personal accounts, and database assets.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot complex IAM issues, improve processes, and support access governance across cloud and on-premises environments.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage required; on-call support based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience developing and maintaining workflows, connectors, and configurations in One Identity Manager
- Experience building or supporting Angular-based interfaces for identity and access management use cases
- Experience integrating identity and access management platforms with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, human resources systems, and databases using REST APIs or custom connectors
- Experience administering user lifecycle management, including access requests, approvals, provisioning, recertification, and business role assignments
- Experience managing access for applications, security groups, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, file shares, local non-personal accounts, or database assets
- Experience supporting cloud or infrastructure access management, including Azure role-based access control, privileged identity management roles, service principals, or app registrations
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Preferred:
- Experience implementing Segregation of Duties controls and business role governance
- Experience troubleshooting complex IAM integrations and platform issues
- Experience with process improvement, internal training, or operational optimization initiatives
- Experience with other IAM platforms used in managed services environments
