Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing day-to-day access administration activities, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, and account maintenance based on approved requests and standard operating procedures
- Executing manual access management tasks across applications, platforms, and systems; validating requests for completeness, approvals, and policy alignment; and maintaining user accounts, group memberships, roles, and entitlements
- Using information technology service management (ITSM) and ticketing tools to triage, track, update, and close incidents, service requests, and access-related tasks while maintaining audit documentation
- Supporting joiner-mover-leaver activities, access reviews, recertification activities, audit evidence collection, operational documentation, and daily status reporting
- Troubleshooting access issues, coordinating with application owners and support teams, escalating complex cases, and contributing to recurring issue analysis and process improvement

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential; on-call support required based on project assignment
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in information technology, service operations, information security support, and operational governance within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 service management framework
- 2-4 years of experience in access administration, user account management, or identity and access management (IAM) operations support
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, or similar platforms
- Experience performing manual access administration tasks using documented procedures and approval workflows
- Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, account maintenance, entitlement updates, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and access review support
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, or equivalent ticketing tools
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) or access management tools
- Experience with access request workflows, approval matrices, and security governance processes
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, and policy requirements related to access administration
- Experience with operational reporting and tracking
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and recurring issue resolution
