Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing engineering and production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and defect remediation
  • Troubleshooting provisioning, aggregation, certifications, workflows, rules, connectors, and integration issues across Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Azure Active Directory, databases, and enterprise applications
  • Performing configuration updates, enhancements, production fixes, patching, upgrade support, and custom development using workflows, scripts, application programming interfaces (APIs), and integrations
  • Supporting identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), access requests, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, and change execution in line with governance processes
  • Preparing operational documentation, audit evidence, key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, service reports, ad hoc database queries, and technical guidance for support teams and stakeholders

Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:

  • Managing Identity Lifecycle
  • Security Operations
  • Threat Intelligence
  • Application Security
  • Business Transformation
  • Continuous Compliance.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai

Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential; on-call support required based on project assignment

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6-10 years of experience in SailPoint operations and engineering and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Experience with SailPoint configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and production support
  • Experience with rules using BeanShell and/or Java, workflows, custom development, application programming interfaces (APIs), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), certifications, governance processes, and incident/change/problem management workflows
  • Experience with connectors and integrations for Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Azure Active Directory, databases, and enterprise applications
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred:

  • SailPoint certifications
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM environments
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), access management (AM), or customer identity and access management (CIAM)
  • Experience with Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), and enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle
  • Experience in team coordination or technical leadership roles
