As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting the stability, security, and efficiency of identity and access management operations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead high-priority Okta identity and access management managed services operations, ensuring service excellence, stability, and client satisfaction.
- Drive service improvement initiatives, process optimization, automation, and advanced troubleshooting across multiple accounts and environments.
- Lead medium-to-large implementation and enhancement projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, execution, and escalation management.
- Develop governance and operational reporting for client leadership, including key metrics, service insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support thought leadership and business development efforts by advising on Okta service delivery models, transition plans, and value realization for clients.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage required; on-call support based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience, including 5+ years supporting Okta in managed services
- Experience leading major support programs and service delivery teams
- Experience with Okta operations, including incident management, root cause analysis, optimization, and audit or compliance procedures
- Experience leading medium-to-large Okta enhancement or implementation projects
- Experience with information technology service management frameworks, governance, continuous improvement, and service reporting
- Knowledge of global and authentication policies, release notes, latest features, and multi-factor authentication enrollment functions
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience managing multi-client, multi-region Okta Workflows and customer identity and access management operations
- Experience integrating Okta Workflows and customer identity and access management with enterprise platforms
- Experience with Okta Workflow automation and Active Directory Agent integration
- Knowledge of Okta Access Gateway and security information and event management tools
- Knowledge of scripting in PowerShell or Python
- Advanced certifications such as ITIL, Okta Administrator, Okta Professional, Okta Consultant, or CISSP
