Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing advanced administration and operational support for BeyondTrust Password Safe.
  • Leading onboarding of applications, servers, and privileged accounts into BeyondTrust Password Safe across supported platforms.
  • Configuring and managing Smart Rules, Discovery, Assets, Directory Queries, Access Policies, Password Policies, session recording, and logging.
  • Troubleshooting IAM and PAM issues, supporting incident, problem, and change activities, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors on defect resolution.
  • Supporting integrations, application programming interface (API)-based enhancements, releases, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, operational reporting, and documentation.

Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:

  • Managing Identity Lifecycle
  • Security Operations
  • Threat Intelligence
  • Application Security
  • Business Transformation
  • Continuous Compliance.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai

Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential; on-call support required based on project assignment

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing BeyondTrust Password Safe
  • Experience onboarding applications, servers, and privileged accounts across Linux/Unix, Windows, databases, and ESXi into BeyondTrust Password Safe
  • Experience configuring Smart Rules, Discovery, Assets, Directory Queries, Access Policies, Password Policies, session recording, and logging in BeyondTrust Password Safe
  • Experience troubleshooting IAM and PAM issues, including incident, problem, and change management activities
  • Experience applying upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and supporting appliance deployment or migration activities
  • Experience with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Structured Query Language (SQL), Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), firewalls, virtual private network (VPN), and public key infrastructure (PKI)
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred:

  • BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer (BCIE) certification
  • Experience with Privileged Remote Access (PRA), PowerBroker, Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), or other BeyondTrust products
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
  • Experience configuring Jump technology for vendor access to internal systems
  • Experience with audit support and compliance documentation
  • Experience creating standard operating procedures, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and onboarding documentation
