Senior Consultant
As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting the stability, security, and efficiency of identity and access management operations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Architect, design, implement, and support directory services solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and hybrid directory environments.
- Provide Level 3 support for IAM and directory platforms, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and change management.
- Lead day-to-day operational activities across directory services, including platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, compliance support, and ServiceNow incident and change coordination.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation, repeatable reports, operational documentation, runbooks, and technical standards to improve support delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on operational reviews, platform enhancements, migration activities, certificate management support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage required; on-call support based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience, including 5+ years supporting Active Directory and Entra ID in an operational or managed services environment
- Experience providing Level 3 support for Active Directory and identity and access management infrastructure
- Experience with incident management, problem management, change management, and root cause analysis
- Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, Domain Name System (DNS), replication, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), service accounts, and Active Directory object configurations
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, reporting, and operational documentation
- Experience using Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow for incidents, service requests, problems, and changes
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, Radiant Logic, Semperis, ManageEngine, Quest, or similar identity and access management tools
- Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory and cloud directory environments
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure operations and certificate lifecycle management
- Experience leading support teams, mentoring junior practitioners, or coordinating service delivery activities
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library or identity and access management certifications
