Position Summary
Level: Lead Solution Advisor
Work you’ll do:
· Overall experience of 5+ years in-depth expertise in AWS Governance and Security best practices.
· Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Chef/Ansible/Puppet/Bash.
· Scripting capability and the ability to develop AWS EAC (environments as code).
· Expertise with Automation/IAC (infrastructure As Code) Solutions– CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, etc.
· Working knowledge/experience on working with AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management) portfolio of services like IAM roles, policies, Service Control Policies (SCPs), AWS Organizations, AWS SSO, Control Tower
· Very good understanding of AWS security eco-system including IAM, Security Groups, CloudTrail, VPC flow log, CloudConfig AWS Config, AWS SecurityHub, Encryption, Inspector, System Manager etc.
· Extensive experience with implementing security controls in AWS: IAM, Security Groups, authentication mechanisms, permissions, data encryption
· Experience in securing containers
· Knowledge in designing, implementing, and managing DevSecOps capabilities in cloud offerings using CI/CD toolsets and automation.
· Experience in managing pipelines and working with tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt stack and terraform.
· Working experience on SIEM, Vulnerability Management Solutions, Container Security Tools
· Experience with multiple security technologies like CSPM, CWPP, WAF, CASB, IAM, SIEM, etc.
Familiarity with leading security compliance frameworks, including NIST, CSA, HIPAA, and CIS etc.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· Hands-on experience with AWS native services like CloudTrail, Config, Guard Duty, Security HUB, Landing Zone, Lambda, ECS and EKS, WAF, Migration Hub
· Experience in IAM, encryption, DevSecOps in AWS and or Azure.
· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks and the requirements underlying each, including ISO, SOX, PCI, FedRAMP, HIPAA etc.
· In-depth expertise in AWS Governance and Security best practices
· Experience in designing, planning, and implementing AWS cloud security solutions for hybrid enterprise environments.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· Knowledge in designing, implementing, and managing DevSecOps capabilities in cloud offerings using CI/CD toolsets and automation.
· Working knowledge of cross-cloud security tools such as SOAR/XSOAR, SIEM, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, etc.
· Skills in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy for Jenkins, Bash, Python) to customize pipeline steps and automate repetitive tasks.
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology.
