Position Summary

Level: Senior Solution Advisor

As an experienced Senior Solution Advisor at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

• Understanding the Client’s CSP(GCP) Identity and Access Management (IAM) Implementations, providing recommendations for the target RBAC model, and ensuring the implementation of best practices for secure and efficient access control.
• Design, architect, and implement CSP(GCP) Identity Solutions integrated with third-party Identity Providers (IdPs) such as Okta, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Supporting proof of concept and production deployments of CSP(GCP) Identity Solutions.
• Assist in implementing Privileged Access Management solutions like CyberArk, and BeyondTrust integrating with CSP(GCP) Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Assist clients in integrating SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols within CSP(GCP) environments, ensuring secure and efficient authentication and authorization processes.
• Evaluate the current state of Cloud Identity architecture. Identify potential gaps, current challenges, and planned changes to the architecture.
• Administer and manage IAM roles, policies, users, and groups, non-human and machine identities to ensure secure and efficient access control.
• Implement and enforce access control policies, Service Control Policies, and procedures to safeguard CSP(GCP) resources
• Assist secret management processes by creating, managing, rotating, and auditing the secrets in CSP(GCP) secrets manager
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize access controls and ensure compliance using CSP(GCP) Access Analyzer services.
• Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining to CSP Identity.

The Cyber Identity team delivers services to clients through following key areas of IAM:

• IAM Strategy and Road Map
• Enterprise Application Onboarding
• User Lifecycle Management
• Compliance Management
• Password Management
• Automated Provisioning
• Roles Based Access Control (RBAC)
• ITSM tools Integration
• Advanced Authentication Methods
• Privileged Access Management

The Cyber Identity team aims to provides thought leadership to organizations to help them create a seamless user experience for business users while protecting enterprise assets and applications and enabling efficient and optimized use of technology in the IAM domain.

Qualifications:

Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – IAM, Google Workspace, workforce Identity Federation, GCP Secret manager and Policy Analyzer.
• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, architecting, and designing solutions around the Google Cloud Platform (IAM)
• 2+ years of working with IAM Protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth
• Good understanding of Privileged Access Management solutions like CyberArk, and Beyond Trust.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience implementing IAM-focused security solutions for GCP.

Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

• Certifications such as GCP Professional Cloud Developer/GCP Architect Professional

Education:

• B.Tech/BE/BCA/MCA Degree required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology.
