Position Summary
Level: Solution Advisor
The Solution Advisor acts as a mid-level consultant, delivering implementation and operational support for complex encryption and PKI projects. You will take ownership of technical aspects, guiding clients to adopt robust security frameworks in line with regulatory standards. The role requires balancing day-to-day operations with strategic solution design, troubleshooting, and optimization. Working with leading technologies, you will support transition and adoption initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and high availability across client environments. The position suits professionals ready to independently manage solution components, interface directly with stakeholders, and help bridge business requirements with security capabilities.
Work you’ll do:
- Deploy, configure, and support encryption and PKI architecture.
- Lead parts of technical workshops for teams and clients.
- Prepare reports on service health and system performance.
- Independently resolve mid-complexity technical issues.
- Mentor junior staff members and support their development.
- Coordinate with teams to deliver system upgrades and enhancements.
- Optimize workflows for improved security and scalability.
- Assess project risks and contribute to technical documentation.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with client expectations and compliance needs.
- Conduct periodic audits and participate in incident response.
- Provide guidance on technology best practices.
- Proactively improve existing processes and support new security initiatives.

Our Data and Digital Trust solutions are designed to allow organizations to address requirements stemming from the ever-changing regulatory landscape, consumer expectations, and technological transformations and advancements.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- 3–5 years direct encryption/PKI solution experience.
- Working knowledge of at least one enterprise Encryption solutions or CLM tools, such as DigiCert TLM, Vormetric, Venafi, Keyfactor, AppviewX, Azure Key Vault, SSH Key Management or HSMs.
- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience working with implementation and support of encryption technologies.
- Able to configure, implement, and maintain encryption policies with supervision or guidance.
- Practical experience contributing to the deployment of Encryption and PKI solutions for clients/projects.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments for routine support tasks.
- Participates in ensuring tool availability and system monitoring.
- Experience writing or updating operational procedures and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of "Post Quantum Cryptography".
- Supports day-to-day encryption operations and project tasks within compliance expectations.
- Tracks and helps meet incident, change, and service request SLAs/SLOs.
- Contributes status reporting, supporting workshops and client communications.
- Recognizes opportunities for operational improvements and shares with senior team members.
- Clear verbal and written communication, with emerging client-facing skills.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- Cybersecurity Certificate such as CompTIA Security +, automation/scripting experience, multi-OS skills.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
