Position Summary
Level: Solution Delivery Lead
As an experienced Solution Delivery Lead at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of IAM operations, supporting both technical and business stakeholders.
• Oversee and lead day-to-day Saviynt operational activities: incident management, root cause analysis, periodic access certifications, and compliance reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate team activities for service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational standards.
• Manage and optimize platform operations by recommending process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate on minor enhancements and participate in focused implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design validation, and testing.
• Direct client interactions for operational reviews, service reporting, and technical issue resolution.
• Document complex support activities and contribute to internal best practices and knowledge repositories.
• Support business development efforts by providing insight into managed services offerings and operational support capabilities.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
• 5 to 7 years total experience, including at least 3 years in supporting Saviynt platforms in an operational or managed services capacity.
• Deep understanding of operational processes, incident resolution, periodic access reviews, and compliance management in Saviynt.
• Experience leading support teams, mentoring juniors, and managing minor Saviynt enhancement/implementation projects.
• Proficiency with process documentation, SLAs, reporting, and ITSM practices.
• Technological skills in Saviynt configuration, scripting (Java, PowerShell), and troubleshooting.
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
• Preferred relevant certifications in IAM or ITIL.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
• Hands-on experience with other IAM solutions used in managed services.
• Knowledge of automation, orchestration, or operational optimization in Saviynt or other IAM platforms.
• Involvement in process improvement or internal training.
• ITIL Intermediate or Saviynt specialist certifications.
Education:
• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:
• Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential.
• Must be willing to work 24*7 rotational shifts
• On call support required based on project assignments
