Position Summary
Level: Senior Solution Delivery Lead
As an experienced Senior Solution Delivery Lead at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of IAM operations, supporting both technical and business stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/ ISC environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform routine health checks and system audits to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and role/entitlement management activities.
- Apply minor configuration changes and updates as required, following change management protocols.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related problems, escalating complex issues to engineering or vendor support as needed.
- Support access reviews, certifications, and provisioning processes to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Document operational procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to support knowledge transfer and process consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of system changes, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with client IAM and security teams to coordinate issue resolution and ensure alignment with firm policies.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide status updates on operational activities and ongoing issues.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- 7 – 9 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/ ISC including Application Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Access Certifications, Reports, Roles, Workflows, Rules etc.
- Real time project experience on client engagements within Identity and Access Management domain across clients based out of US or other geographies globally.
- Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts such as Provisioning, Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SOD) Policies, Password Management.
- Experience working on at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++ etc.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience in creating test scripts, test plan and conduct and/or supervise unit testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, smoke testing etc.
- Operational support for SSO, MFA, and federated identity solutions
- Familiarity with compliance-driven access controls and audit support.
- Strong documentation skills (runbooks, SOPs, knowledge base articles)
- Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation within IAM operations.
- Documenting changes and communicating them across stakeholders
- Writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual interventions.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts beyond IGA such as Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Federated Access, Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience working with platforms such as Active Directory, Mainframe (RACF, ACF2, TopSecret etc.), Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL etc.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Salesforce etc.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP based webservices and/or SCIM/SCIM 2.0
- Experience with participating and leading requirements gathering activities.
- Experience in creating documentation such as architecture diagrams, user journeys, application design documents etc.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
- CISSP (For broader security understanding)
- ITIL Foundation: (For Operational process knowledge)
- PMP (less critical for HO)
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

- Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Kolkata/ Chennai
Shift Timings:
- Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential.
- Must be willing to work 24*7 rotational shifts
- On call support required based on project assignments
