Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
As an experienced Senior Solution Delivery Lead at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of IAM operations, supporting both technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead high-priority Okta IAM managed services operations, ensuring end-to-end service excellence, stability, and client satisfaction.
- Drive service improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation across multiple accounts/environments.
- Manage escalations and advanced troubleshooting, interfacing with technology vendors and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Lead medium-to-large-scale implementation/enhancement projects, guiding requirements analysis, solution design, and execution.
- Develop and review operational and governance reports for client leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate in the development of thought leadership on managed IAM services, including contributing to whitepapers or client workshops.
- Champion business development by advising on Okta service delivery models, transition plans, and value realization for clients.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- 6 to 9 years of experience, with at least 5 years supporting Okta in managed services, including leading major support programs and service delivery teams.
- Advanced expertise in day-to-day Okta operations: managing incidents, root cause analysis, optimization, and audit/compliance procedures.
- Significant exposure to leading medium-to-large Okta enhancement/implementation projects.
- Excellent grasp of ITSM frameworks, governance, continuous improvement, and service reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting, team leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly desirable to hold advanced Okta, IAM, or ITIL certifications.
- Knowledge on global & authentication policies.
- Knowledge on release notes and latest features
- Knowledge on MFA and its Enrolment functions.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
· Experience managing multi-client, multi-region Okta WF & CIAM operations.
· Expertise in integrating Okta WF & CIAM with other enterprise platforms.
· Expertise in Okta Workflow automation, AD Agent integration.
· Knowledge on Okta Access Gateway and SIEM tools.
· Knowledge on scripting (Powershell / python).
· Advanced certifications (ITIL Expert, Okta Admin / professional / consultant, CISSP, etc.).
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
- Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Chennai
Shift Timings:
- Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential.
- Must be willing to work 24*7 rotational shifts
