The Cyber Identity services—IAM practice helps organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading IAM solutions to protect their information and confidential data, as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The cyber identity services—IAM team delivers service to clients through following key areas of IAM:

Work you will do
The key job responsibilities will be to:
• Architect, design, and implement large-scale LDAP directory deployments using leading LDAP directory products
• Has experience in delivering Identity & access management engagements using leading IAM products
• Lead directory services implementations/migrations involving customization, configuration, and development of solution integrations.
• Lead IAM/directory services strategy engagements (IAM road map, vendor selection, etc.)
• Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model
• Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects
• Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion
• Align project deliverables with process frameworks and methodologies
• Interact with clients, including working with client teams, in an onsite and offshore delivery model
• Lead and work closely with vendor alliances
• Manage project deliverables and teams
• Manage and mitigate project risks
• Enabling business development by assisting in request for proposal and sales processes
• Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits
• Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies
Qualifications and experience required:
• B.Tech/M.Tech/MS
• Experience— 5 to 10 years in Identity management domain
• Candidate should have experience in designing and implementing enterprise grade Directory services (AD, Oracle, IBM’s products etc.) & IAM projects using leading products (IBM/Oracle/SailPoint/CA/Others)
• Experience in architecting, planning and implementing multiple LDAP Directory/AD & IAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Extensive experience in designing directory replication topology & understanding of challenges associated with different types of directory deployments
• Extensive experience in migrating enterprise grade Directory infrastructure from one product to another for large user populations
• Experience with AD consolidation projects for medium/large enterprises
• Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, Jobs, and Apache)
• Experience in IAM & support technologies using leading IAM products
• Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net, or other major scripting languages
• Experience in carrying out advanced application integration with the IAM solution dealing with advanced provisioning (e.g., multilevel workflows), single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP), and PKI concepts
• Experience in developing the architecture for IAM solutions involving identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, SSO, federation, adaptive access management, step up authentication using market leading products
• Advanced documentation and presentation skills and strong command of software development life cycle processes
• Experience in hands-on development, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations
• Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processes
• Ability to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies
• Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred:
• Experience in setting up Azure AD for organization
• IAM technology certifications
• CISSP, PMP certification
• Exposure to other security domains other than Identity & Access Management
