As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

As a SAP Utilities Consultant at Deloitte, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions that address client needs and remain maintainable over time. Key aspects of the role include conducting As-Is and To-Be business process workshops during implementation and support projects, mapping client business processes to SAP functionalities, and configuring SAP to fulfill business requirements. The position also involves preparing detailed functional specification and configuration documents, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required
- 3–6 years of industry experience, with process know-how in Power, Gas, or Water utilities
- Proficiency in at least one functional area: IS-U Rates and Billing, IS-U Device Management, FI-CA (Contract Accounting), IS-U Energy Data Management, CRM for Utilities
- Experience with Mobile Solutions and AMI is desirable
- Strong experience with SAP ERP preferred
- Implementation/support project experience on the latest SAP version
- Led Blueprint Workshops and able to map business processes to SAP
- Familiar with ITIL service management processes
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and methodologies
- Lead As-Is and To-Be business process workshops during implementation/support projects
- Map business processes to SAP solutions
- Configure SAP to meet business requirements
- Prepare functional specification and configuration documents
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
