Position Summary

Level: SAP EHS Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

As an EHS Consultant, you will manage the full implementation of EHS processes—focusing on Safety Data Sheet Management, Dangerous Goods, Substance Volume Tracking, Product Marketability, and Label Management. Your role involves setting up and integrating EHS systems with procurement, sales, and production, leading requirement workshops, configuring and testing systems, and designing solutions for business-specific needs. You’ll also strengthen your technical skills and manage client relationships throughout each project.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading business workshops to gather requirements and conduct FIT/GAP analysis
• Setting up initial systems and preparing functional specifications
• Designing data loading and migration strategies for Specification Management
• Participating in all testing phases, including unit, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Supporting EHS cross-module integration, especially within PTP, Production, and Sales & Distribution cycles
• Engaging with clients on daily activities
• Actively contributing to cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases

Qualifications:

Must have Skills

• Master’s Degree is Preferred
• Should have strong understanding of EHS Data model and details of data migration strategy
• Functional knowledge of the SAP EHS and integration with other External Systems and regulatory content providers
• Prior work experience on 2-3 greenfield implementation project is advantage
• Understanding of new product compliance module is added advantage
• Good Communication Skills

Education:

·       BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
