Position Summary

Level: SAP EHS Consultant

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. 

Work you’ll do:

As an EHS Consultant, you will manage the full implementation of EHS processes—focusing on Safety Data Sheet Management, Dangerous Goods, Substance Volume Tracking, Product Marketability, and Label Management. Your role involves setting up and integrating EHS systems with procurement, sales, and production, leading requirement workshops, configuring and testing systems, and designing solutions for business-specific needs. You’ll also strengthen your technical skills and manage client relationships throughout each project.

You will be responsible for:

  • ·       Leading business workshops to gather requirements and conduct FIT/GAP analysis
  • ·       Setting up initial systems and preparing functional specifications
  • ·       Designing data loading and migration strategies for Specification Management
  • ·       Participating in all testing phases, including unit, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • ·       Supporting EHS cross-module integration, especially within PTP, Production, and Sales & Distribution cycles
  • ·       Engaging with clients on daily activities
  • ·       Actively contributing to cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases

Qualifications:

Must have Skills:

  • ·       3-6 years of SAP EHS experience is required
  • ·       Master’s Degree is Preferred
  • ·       Should have strong understanding of EHS Data model and details of data migration strategy
  • ·       Functional knowledge of the SAP EHS and integration with other External Systems and regulatory content providers
  • ·       Prior work experience on 2-3 greenfield implementation project is advantage
  • ·       Understanding of new product compliance module is added advantage
  • ·       Good Communication Skills

Education:

  • BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
