Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise package insights and platform technology, working across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations to support delivery of holistic performance improvement and package led large scale digital transformation. Position Summary 

Level: Consultant or equivalent 

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.   

Work you’ll do: 

The Consultant will ensure successful implementation of business applications by learning and understanding client requirements, then designing, building, configuring, testing, and supporting relevant systems. Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to post-implementation support. The role involves collaborating with onsite teams to interpret business needs, configure and test processes, and create custom reports as needed. Additionally, the consultant will assist integration teams with design and testing activities. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver effective solutions that meet client objectives. 

The team:  

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients. 

Qualifications 

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:  

  • 3–6 years’ experience in consulting or industry roles 
  • Functional expertise in Financial and/or Supply Chain ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) 
  • Sound understanding of financial accounting and/or supply chain processes 
  • Completed at least one full life cycle ERP implementation 
  • Willingness to learn and excel in new ERP environments 
  • Skilled across various business process areas: Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, Fixed Asset Management, Project Budgets and Billing, Budgeting and Forecasting, Grants and Awards 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; adept at presenting (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities; displays mature judgment 
  • Knowledgeable about current cloud-based SAAS and PAAS offerings 

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:  

  • Active Workday Certification would be an added advantage 

Education:  

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university    
  • A master’s degree with Financial or Operations Specialization would be a plus  

Location:  

  • Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai /Kolkata

Shift Timings: 

  • 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
