Clients & Industry (C&I) – Financial Metrics Validation

Position: Senior Manager

Location: India

The C&I Senior Manager plays an integral role in supporting the success of the practice by assisting in the management and execution of the various processes related to Audit & Assurance (A&A) Financial Metrics Validation for PPMDs/SMs leveraging the Financial Metrics Validation Application (FMVA). The C&I Senior Manager’s reporting structure will C&I org chart, however they will work in close partnership with the PPMD Excellence team and support all A&A PPMDs from a metrics validation perspective. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, provide excellent customer service, have strong data management/reporting skills, possess a high degree of self-confidence and executive presence, exercise discretion and diplomacy in all interactions, have the ability to proactively anticipate and manage challenges, be a self-starter with strong abilities to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize appropriately, work efficiently and remain flexible to changes in schedule and work hours. The candidate must have superior technical skills, including the ability to learn and master a variety of internal custom business applications, strong data management skills, and advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills. Understanding of firm financial metrics a plus.

The work you will do

The primary focus of this role centers around the A&A account metrics process conducted quarterly in FMVA:

·        Partner with the Consulting Services FMVA application team to execute quarterly metrics validation cycles

·        Prepare client data, PPMD and account leader population, Elevate goals, and Jupiter sales actuals uploads

·        Liaise with FMVA application team to confirm cycle data and functionality is accurate, resolve functionality issues, and identify needs for functionality enhancements 

·        Provide support throughout each cycle to PPMDs and account leaders by participating in office hours sessions, responding to questions submitted to the mailbox, and troubleshooting data requests

·        Help develop and distribute cycle communications and resources

·        Drive completion rates to ensure PPMDs and Senior Managers receive allocations each cycle

·        Track account leader changes/additions for future cycles and Elevate updates

·        Monitor allocation processes and identify population of outlier allocations for leader review

·        Respond to leader requests for custom reporting

·        Prepare final metrics reporting for mid-year and year-end processes

·        Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite

       Excel – effectively write and validate formulas and calculations, create tables and graphs, link information, create pivot tables, use vlookup formulas, manage multiple sources of data, and ensure data accuracy

       PowerPoint – effectively communicate in presentation format, storyboarding, create/import tables, graphs, and other objects, and aesthetical formatting

       SharePoint/TEAMS – ability to create and manage sites

·        Familiarity with client segmentation, portfolios, and lists, SWIFT and WBS reporting, as well as engagement structure and client leadership roles

·        Strong executive presence, comfortable communicating, leading discussions, and troubleshooting issues with Partners, Managing Directors, and senior leaders

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience working with highly confidential/sensitive data

·        Tech savvy, with the ability to navigate firm systems and applications

·        Experience with Tableau a plus

Education & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree required

·        10+ years of work experience in a Professional Services firm and with project management experience
