Finance Transformation

Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

You’ll implement FIS Quantum modules—including Cash Management, Investments, Intercompany, Debt, and FX—for large multinational firms, configuring each to address complex structures. You’ll establish secure banking connectivity via SWIFT and Host-to-Host, and rigorously test integrations. Responsibilities include preparing business requirements documents, blueprints, status reports, and updates, as well as providing go-live support and resolving post-implementation client queries to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Controllership & Treasury Transformation (C&TT) is one of the offerings within the Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Possess 5–8 years of hands-on experience in the Corporate Treasury domain, supporting global organizations with treasury operations and solutions
Expertise in FIS Quantum Treasury Management System (TMS), having completed 1–2 end-to-end implementation and rollout projects, which involved requirements gathering, module configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support
Deep, working knowledge of bank payment systems, including transaction processing, SWIFT and Host-to-Host integrations, and cash accounting processes, ensuring seamless banking connectivity and accurate financial reporting
Proven ability to handle project-related communications—consistently engaging with stakeholders, collaborating with peers, managing client and team expectations, and effectively presenting value-driven recommendations to optimize treasury processes
Excellent communication skills are mandatory, additional language skills desirable

Adaptable and proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams and priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines
Recognized for building positive working relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to project success and client satisfaction
Quantum Certification is preferable

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:

Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai /Kolkata

Shift Timings:

11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
