Key responsibilities will be: -
ü Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
ü Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
ü Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
ü Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture and high-level design of the application for the developers
ü Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
ü Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
ü Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
ü Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
ü Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.

The MDT group is focused on delivering differentiated service offerings through the use of new technologies such as Data Wrangling, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Machine Learning. This group enables the Multi-state Tax Services (MTS) practice to drive profitability and growth, through application of emerging and existing technologies and enhanced utilization of Tax tools and software. We support MTS teams by assessing and addressing their data and technology challenges on client engagements, internal processes and data intensive projects to help achieve efficiencies, win clients and create differentiated services. With the exponential growth of accessible data, there is an increasing need to bring data and technology capabilities to help address client needs and support Deloitte MTS engagements and solutions.
Shift Time – 11 am - 8 pm
Location – Hyderabad & Bengaluru
Qualification and Experience Required –
ü Full time Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or equivalent degree in Computer Science
ü 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms with custom development
ü Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
ü Strong experience in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Aura Components and knowledge of Lightning Web Components
ü Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
ü Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools
ü Experience in Salesforce Integration with 3rd party systems.
ü Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
ü Experience in data migration using Data Loader, Import Wizard.
ü At least 5-6 projects end to end implementation experience
ü Experience on the Security model using Profiles, Roles and Sharing Model (Organizational-wide defaults & Sharing rules).
ü Experience in Agile methodology and working on Agile projects
ü Having a Salesforce Certification like Platform developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud consultant etc will be an added advantage.
ü Experience with any Version Control system
ü Experience in python-designing and developing backend components and web applications using Python frameworks.
ü Experience in Writing efficient Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and data workflows.
