The PM team helps implement the process end to end for our business. As a Process Specialist-PM, you will work with the PM lead, internal stakeholders, other Talent representatives, and business leaders (BLs) for the seamless execution of the PM processes for the businesses.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent business advisory on the Performance Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end performance management lifecycle for the assigned business group, including check-ins, pulse surveys, performance snapshots, talent reviews, quarterly business reviews, and low performer processes
- Partnering with business leaders, business advisors, and Talent stakeholders to execute performance management processes and ensure stakeholder engagement
- Reviewing performance management data, identifying trends and insights, and preparing materials for leadership review
- Coaching team leaders and employees on performance management processes and process components
- Identifying process issues, recommending solutions, and sharing best practices and efficiencies with the broader Performance Management team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management; or Human Resources certification
- Experience supporting performance management processes, including check-ins, pulse surveys, performance snapshots, talent reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Experience advising stakeholders on performance management matters
- Experience analyzing data and identifying trends and insights for stakeholder review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience handling confidential information in accordance with Deloitte Administrative Policy Release guidelines
Preferred:
- Professional certification such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Experience identifying process efficiencies and implementing process improvements
- Experience managing or coaching analysts or team members
