Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist on the Learning Insights team, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain data processes, models, and reporting assets to support Learning & Development initiatives.
- Build and enhance business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft Excel, and Power Query.
- Create and manage data pipelines and extract, transform, load (ETL) processes to improve data integrity, availability, and reporting accuracy.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards, and perform data analysis to assess structure, content, and quality.
- Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting, support end-user adoption, and partner with business teams and system analysts to refine requirements.
- Apply project management practices to deliver solutions, address process concerns and escalations, and support data accuracy, security, and privacy requirements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Learning Science.
- 3-4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience building dashboards, reports, data models, and extract, transform, load (ETL) processes.
- Experience analyzing data quality, data structures, and source-to-report mappings.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, Human Resources, or workforce operations.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Learning & Development (L&D) or Talent Development functions.
- Experience with machine learning models or predictive analytics.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience applying user interface/user experience (UI/UX) principles to dashboards or reporting solutions.
- Experience with strategic planning or resource planning in an operations environment.
- Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for content creation, automation, or analytics workflows.
