- Supporting the planning and delivery of learning programs for USI Talent Learning and Development teams across Audit, Advisory, Tax, Consulting, and Enabling Areas
- Serving as an advisor to stakeholders by managing service expectations, evaluating service levels, and communicating timelines, risks, and delays
- Monitoring learner and program metrics, preparing dashboards and reports, and identifying process gaps through root cause analysis
- Managing program delivery activities, maintaining process documentation including standard operating procedures, checklists, and RACI materials, and driving process changes as needed
- Leading a team of learning delivery professionals by assigning work, reviewing quality, coaching team members, and managing performance against service level expectations
The team
The USI Learning Delivery team supports the planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs for Deloitte businesses and enabling areas. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely, and high-quality learning operations. This role sits within a team environment focused on operational execution, stakeholder support, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in learning operations, learning program delivery, talent operations, or program management
- Experience supporting the planning and execution of learning programs for internal stakeholders or business teams
- Experience managing program metrics, dashboards, reports, or executive summaries
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in a business environment
- Experience creating or maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures, checklists, or RACI materials
- Experience managing or coaching team members and reviewing work quality
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent tasks and meet established deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience supporting learning programs across multiple business groups or service lines
- Experience with service level agreement tracking and stakeholder reporting
- Experience identifying process gaps and implementing process improvements
- Experience with learning platforms such as NextGen or SABA
- Experience preparing materials or recommendations for leadership review
