This role is part of the USI Learning Delivery team. This is a client and stakeholder management position which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diversified group of internal clients at all levels.
Work you'll do
As a Services Associate on the USI Learning Delivery team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of learning programs across Audit, Advisory, Tax, Consulting, and Enabling Areas
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to manage program timelines, service level expectations, and delivery requirements
- Preparing and maintaining program documentation, including standard operating procedures, checklists, frequently asked questions, and responsibility assignment matrices
- Tracking learner and program metrics, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying process gaps through root cause analysis
- Collaborating with team members, internal support teams, and external vendors to execute learning sessions and complete activities within agreed timelines
The team
The USI Learning Delivery team supports the planning and execution of learning programs for Deloitte businesses and enabling areas. The team works closely with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and operations teams to help deliver learning programs efficiently and consistently. This team focuses on service delivery, process quality, and continuous improvement across learning operations.
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Pune / Gurgoan
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-4 years of experience in learning operations, program coordination, stakeholder management, or process support
- Experience supporting the planning and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, or blended learning programs
- Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, checklists, dashboards, or process documentation
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentation development
- Experience analyzing program, learner, or operational data and preparing summaries for stakeholders
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute deliverables against service level agreements
- Experience performing quality checks and root cause analysis for operational processes
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Talent Learning and Development processes
- Experience working with learning platforms such as NextGen or SABA
- Experience coordinating with external vendors for learning delivery
- Experience preparing responsibility assignment matrices, service-level reports, or program dashboards
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
