Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate II on the Learning Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting US Talent Development Learning Operations for offshore clients, including training planning and delivery activities
- Managing administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry requirements
- Communicating with stakeholders and team leads regarding task status, requirements, and deliverables
- Performing quality checks and submitting work with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Demonstrating ownership, accountability, and prioritization while contributing to team and firm initiatives

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate, MBA, or Post-Graduate degree
- 0-5 years of experience in a learning operations or backend operations environment
- Experience supporting administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates
- Experience using business email and applying email etiquette
Preferred:
- Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
- Experience using virtual platforms, including Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience handling cases or tickets
- Experience interacting with internal clients to understand and address requirements
