Work you'll do
As a Specialist on the Learning Design Services (LDS) team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering graphic solutions and learning assets that align with project requirements, quality expectations, and timelines.
- Translate storyboards and requirements into learning solutions and creative assets
- Develop visual concepts and design approaches to communicate ideas and processes
- Research graphic design trends and apply appropriate techniques in day-to-day project work
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support junior team members in skill development
- Escalate issues affecting project scope, quality, or delivery timelines
The team
The LDS team in India focuses on designing and implementing organizational learning to enhance our own workforce’s capabilities and improve their clients’ outcomes. The LDS team is involved in designing and developing learning solutions to meet our clients’ business and learning needs, keeping the next generation workforce in the center. The team works on video-based, game-based, traditional e-learning, ILTs, VILTs, and experimental learning.
Location: Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
- 5-7 years of experience developing or editing learning media, including user interface and user experience design, website design, e-learning courses, motion graphics, infographics, print design, and audio editing
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and audio editing software
- Experience creating freehand and digital illustrations
- Experience taking project briefs and translating client requirements and storyboards into concepts, designs, and final deliverables
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Design, or diploma in graphic or web design
- Experience conducting knowledge transfer sessions for junior team members
- Experience researching and applying graphic design trends to project work
- Experience troubleshooting development issues and escalating risks affecting scope or timelines
- Experience supporting the design of learning environments across multiple media formats
