Work you'll do

As a Services Support Associate I, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Learning Design Services team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the creation of graphics and visual assets for eLearning, instructor-led training, and digital platforms
  • Building proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint through training and guided project work
  • Supporting the translation of storyboards into visuals under the mentorship of senior designers
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and refine graphics, animations, multimedia elements, and reusable learning assets
  • Participating in team meetings, sharing updates on assigned tasks, and incorporating feedback to strengthen design and technical skills

The team’s understanding of the Deloitte ecosystem and diverse skill sets helps them to provide end-to-end support for all phases of the design, development, and deployment of learning solutions, tailored to specific business requirements. At LDS, the learner is at the heart of the design process, enabling the team to build truly ‘learner-centric’ solutions that make an impact!

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM (occasionally expected to work in a flexi-shift)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 60% or 6.5 GPA or above throughout academics, with no active backlogs
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Academic or project-based exposure to graphic design, visual arts, or multimedia
  • Availability to work 11 AM to 8 PM, with occasional flexi-shift support

Preferred:

  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience creating graphics or visual assets for eLearning, instructor-led training, or digital platforms
  • Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools and prompting to create or enhance graphics
  • Experience with sketching, drawing, or other visual art techniques
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects or Articulate Storyline
