Work you'll do
As a Services Support Associate I, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Learning Design Services team, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and customization of learning materials for web-based training, computer-based training, and instructor-led training.
- Support instructional design projects by assisting with project requirement analysis and coordination with project managers and team members.
- Develop learning deliverables for web-based training (WBT), computer-based training (CBT), and instructor-led training (ILT) using standard tools, templates, and established design practices.
- Create training materials such as instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams, job aids, and self-study materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and graphic designers to develop clear, engaging learning content.
- Contribute to storyboards and design specifications and provide status updates on assigned tasks.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM (occasionally flexi-shift)
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout, with no active backlogs
- Coursework, academic projects, internships, or certifications in instructional design, eLearning, education technology, content development, or learning and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools or prompt-based workflows through coursework, projects, internships, or personal work samples
Preferred:
- Exposure to Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar courseware development tools through coursework, certifications, or projects
- Experience creating instructor guides, participant guides, handouts, job aids, storyboards, or design specifications through academic or project work
- Exposure to web-based training (WBT), computer-based training (CBT), or instructor-led training (ILT) content development through coursework, projects, or internships
