Work you'll do
As an Associate, Talent Development on the Learning Design Services (LDS) team, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing learning design requirements and defining project scope for assigned work
- Designing and developing learning deliverables in line with project scope
- Developing training materials, including storyboards, video and audio scripts, hands-on activities, instructor and participant guides, job aids, diagrams, pictures, and self-study material
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and supporting instructional design needs across Deloitte US firms
- Communicating project status to the project manager and flagging issues that impact project delivery
The team
The LDS team in India focuses on designing and implementing organizational learning to enhance our own workforce’s capabilities and improve their clients’ outcomes. The LDS team is involved in designing and developing learning solutions to meet our clients’ business and learning needs, keeping the next generation workforce in the center. The team works on video-based, game-based, traditional e-learning, ILTs, VILTs, and experimental learning.
Location: Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate in any stream
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- 1-4 years of experience developing training solutions, including self-paced learning, instructor-led trainings (ILTs), virtual instructor-led trainings (VILTs), job aids, and quick reference cards (QRCs)
Preferred:
- Experience using authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline
- Experience communicating with stakeholders across levels
- Experience collaborating with visual designers and technical teams
