Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Talent Services-Performance Management-Engagement Specialist team, you will be responsible for supporting engagement programs, advising stakeholders, and helping enhance the employee experience across the business.
- Partner with leadership to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and engagement objectives.
- Program manage and execute engagement initiatives, including skip-level meetings, walk-and-talk sessions, and other employee experience activities.
- Support employee survey participation and help business leaders and people managers with action planning and follow-up updates.
- Conduct stay interviews, identify employee concerns and retention risks, and coordinate with stakeholders on response actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, new hire integration, rewards and recognition activities, exit processes, and learning logs.
- Lead 2–4 professionals and support performance management roadshows, performance improvement discussions, and employee relations insights as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
- Masters in HR/Business Management/Certification in HR
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to present in front of audiences at various levels
- Excellent planning and presentation skills, also requires outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
Preferred:
- Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting firm
