Position Summary

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights, you will support Talent leaders by translating data into actionable insights, reporting, and visualization solutions across the talent lifecycle. This role will work closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic analyses, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that help inform business decisions. The position requires experience in analytics, storytelling, and visualization, along with the ability to support multiple priorities in a dynamic team environment.

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Talent Experience & Engagement People Analytics team, you will be responsible for…

  • Supporting Talent leadership with strategic reporting, dashboarding, and insights to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Creating data visualizations, executive presentation materials, and operational dashboards using tools such as PowerPoint and Tableau
  • Performing strategic analyses and responding to data requests from senior leaders
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design, build, test, and enhance data and visualization solutions
  • Developing expertise in Talent data and reporting to identify opportunities and advise leaders using data-backed insights

The team

The Talent Experience & Engagement People Analytics Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation, strategic reporting, talent dashboards and storytelling) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.

This role engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services People Analytics offers. We’re looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Talent leaders and teams.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization
  • Experience using SQL, Tableau Prep, or other data transformation or data modeling tools
  • Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and storyboards for business audiences
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams to develop analyses, presentations, communications, and team deliverables
  • Experience supporting analytics requests, reporting, or presentations for senior stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Degree specialization in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or another quantitative field
  • Experience working with HR or talent data
  • Experience publishing and delivering content using Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server
  • Experience using Databricks SQL or notebooks to build or maintain data pipelines and curated datasets for analytics and reporting
