- Support Talent leadership with strategic reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform decision-making
- Create data visualizations, executive presentation materials, and operational dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Perform analyses and respond to data requests from senior leaders
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design, build, test, and deliver data and visualization solutions
- Develop knowledge of Talent data and reporting to identify opportunities and bring data-driven insights into leader discussions
The team
The Talent Experience & Engagement People Analytics Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation, strategic reporting, talent dashboards and storytelling) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
This role engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services People Analytics offers. We’re looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Talent leaders and teams.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or another quantitative field
- 5-7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization
- Experience using SQL and data transformation or data modeling tools such as Tableau Prep
- Experience creating dashboards, data visualizations, and presentation materials using Tableau and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing operational data in Microsoft Excel and presenting findings in written materials using Microsoft Word
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and deliver reporting or analytics outputs
Preferred:
- Experience working with human resources or talent data
- Experience publishing and delivering content using Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server
- Experience using Databricks SQL or notebooks to build or maintain data pipelines and curated datasets for analytics and reporting
