The Specialist, Analytics and Insights supports Talent leaders through reporting, dashboarding, and analytical insights that inform workforce decisions across the talent lifecycle. This role helps translate business needs into clear visualizations, reporting solutions, and actionable insights across People Analytics products and services. The role requires experience working with data, building dashboards, and preparing executive-ready materials in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Talent Experience & Engagement People Analytics team, you will be responsible for:
- Support Talent leadership with strategic reporting, dashboarding, and insights to inform data-driven decision-making
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and presentation materials using tools such as Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Support strategic analyses and data requests from senior leaders across Talent priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design, build, test, and deliver data and visualization solutions
- Develop knowledge of Talent data, reporting, and analytics offerings to identify opportunities and advise stakeholders using data-backed insights
The team
The Talent Experience & Engagement People Analytics Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation, strategic reporting, talent dashboards and storytelling) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
This role engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services People Analytics offers. We’re looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Talent leaders and teams.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Data Analytics
- 3-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization
- Experience using data transformation or data modeling tools such as Tableau Prep or SQL
- Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and presentation materials using Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and insights
- Experience creating professional documentation using Microsoft Word and collaborating with stakeholders using Microsoft Teams
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into reporting or visualization solutions
Preferred:
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Data Analytics
- Experience working with human resources or talent data
- Experience publishing and delivering content using Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server
- Experience using Databricks SQL or notebooks to build or maintain data pipelines and curated datasets for analytics and reporting
