Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Talent Experience & Engagement People Analytics team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Talent leadership through strategic reporting, dashboarding, and analysis that informs data-driven decision-making
- Creating data visualizations, dashboards, and presentation materials using tools such as Tableau and PowerPoint to communicate insights clearly
- Performing analyses and responding to data requests from senior leaders and Talent stakeholders
- Collaborating across the talent lifecycle to design, build, test, and refine data and visualization solutions
- Developing knowledge of Talent data, reporting processes, and business needs to identify opportunities and advise stakeholders
The team
The Talent Experience & Engagement People Analytics Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation, strategic reporting, talent dashboards and storytelling) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
This role engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services People Analytics offers. We’re looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Talent leaders and teams.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a similar quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data visualization
- Experience using data transformation or data modeling tools such as Tableau Prep or Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, or storyboarded presentations for business stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams to analyze data, develop presentations, create written communications, and collaborate on deliverables
- Experience supporting stakeholder requests by translating business needs into reporting, analysis, or visualization outputs
Preferred:
- Experience working with human resources or talent data
- Experience publishing and delivering content using Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server
- Experience using Databricks, including Databricks SQL or notebooks, to build or maintain data pipelines and curated datasets for analytics and reporting
