We’re looking for a Data Visualization Analyst to be responsible for developing quality Tableau dashboards from end-to-end, from data preparation and transformation through dashboard development, testing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring final products are accurate, performant, and polished, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing Tableau dashboards.

- Build and maintain Tableau solutions from approved wireframes and requirements, delivering accurate and performant dashboards on schedule
- Prepare, clean, transform, format, and validate data for Tableau dashboard development and refreshes
- Develop Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep flows to automate reporting and analytics processes with reduced manual intervention
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility, propose visualization designs, and perform testing and defect resolution
- Manage multiple dashboard builds and enhancement requests while supporting ongoing maintenance of existing reporting solutions

Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
The Data Visualization Team within the Client & Reporting Solutions team uses Talent data to address key business questions and employs best practices in data visualization to provide actionable insights in support of Talent priorities.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Data Analytics
- 2-3 years of experience in Tableau dashboard development using large data sets
- Experience using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Prep to develop new dashboards or enhance existing dashboards
- Experience connecting Tableau solutions to data warehouses or server-based data sources
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, and Teams
Preferred:
- Tableau certification
- Experience managing multiple dashboard projects concurrently
- Experience gathering requirements from internal stakeholders for dashboard builds and enhancements
- Experience in dashboard testing, bug resolution, and ongoing maintenance
- Experience supporting Talent data and reporting
