A Business Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Business Advisor in the delivery of strategic services to the Business. This individual will help the Business Advisor translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Business Advisory team, you will be responsible for:
Analyze talent metrics and workforce data to support business decisions and talent strategies.
Evaluate talent programs, attrition trends, survey results, and headcount data to identify issues, patterns, and priority actions.
Support Business Advisors in developing actions to address talent issues, workforce needs, and engagement priorities.
Collaborate with centers of excellence, CTS, and business stakeholders to align talent programs, processes, and communications with business requirements.
Support new initiatives and process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities, sharing best practices, and tracking outcomes.

Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Business Advisory team, you will work with our business leaders, foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture

Qualifications
Required:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree
2-6 years of experience in talent analytics, human resources, workforce planning, business analysis, or a combination thereof
Experience analyzing attrition, engagement survey, workforce, or headcount data
Experience preparing analysis, reports, or presentations for business stakeholders
Experience supporting talent programs, process improvement initiatives, or cross-functional projects
Preferred:
Experience identifying trends and root causes from workforce or talent data
Experience developing action-oriented insights for business stakeholders
Experience collaborating with human resources centers of excellence or shared services teams
Experience researching external market or talent management trends
Experience supporting communications related to talent programs, services, or initiatives
Experience working with compensation, benefits, or workforce planning data
