Work you'll do
As a Specialist - Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Executing campus recruiting strategy for aligned hiring needs, including campus hiring rosters, candidate selection, interview processes, offers, and candidate engagement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with campuses, Training and Placement Officers, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to support hiring goals and strengthen Deloitte’s campus presence.
- Planning and delivering campus recruiting events, presentations, interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities to support graduate and undergraduate recruitment.
- Managing internship and campus hiring program activities, including coordination with business teams, vendor partners, and recruiting support teams to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
- Maintaining recruiting reports, data accuracy, compliance, and system records, while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and event effectiveness.
The team
Our Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every
professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major
organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent
Operations. As part of these, we work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute
successful recruiting programs, learning and development initiatives, strategic performance
management and deployment assignments, health and wellness programs and effective reporting and
analytics.

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Business Administration in Human Resources or equivalent degree
- 3 to 6 years+ of experience in campus hiring
- Experience executing campus recruiting programs for graduate and undergraduate hiring
- Experience managing campus events, interview processes, offers, and hiring rosters
- Experience working with training and placement officers, campus contacts, and internal business stakeholders
- Experience using recruiting tools and technologies and maintaining recruiting data accuracy across systems
- Experience preparing reports and analyzing recruiting event effectiveness
Preferred:
- Experience managing internship programs and full-time conversion activities
- Experience coordinating assessment vendors and prescreening processes
- Experience supporting go-to-campus strategy and school selection
- Experience developing presentations and storyboards for campus recruiting
- Experience supporting multiple campus hiring tracks, including business and engineering hiring
- Experience identifying recruiting process improvement opportunities
