- Managing sourcing and recruiting activities for assigned roles and business priorities
- Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting timelines
- Building candidate pipelines through market research, sourcing tools, referrals, and internal databases
- Screening candidates and coordinating progression through the hiring process
- Tracking recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring progress in recruiting systems and reports
